D.I.D Electrical are 100% Irish owned and have been meeting the needs of their customers for over forty years – their first store opened its doors in 1968 on Mountjoy Square. Challenge

D.I.D Electrical wished to replace their existing site with a site that reflected their ethos around customer service and offered a wide range of quality products at the right price.

Solution

Buy4now worked very closely with the D.I.D Electrical management team and came up with a design that reflected their requirements. The site is driven by an interface with the D.I.D Electrical merchandising system which holds numerous attributes that allows the customer to compare products when making a purchase. The site has added features like buying guides that emulate the human service offered instore.
